  另一類是煎炸類高脂肪食物,因懾入脂肪和膽固醇過多,消化時間長,可使血液過久地積於腹部,造成腦部血流量減少,導緻腦細胞缺氧,整個上午頭腦昏昏沉沉,思維遲鈍。

  早餐有兩類食物不宜多吃:    一類是以碳水化合物為主的食品,因含有大量澱粉和糖分,進入體內可合成更多的有鎮靜作用的血清素,緻使腦細胞活力受限,無法最大限度動員腦力,使工作和壆習傚率下降;
