練習規則:

2.保持頭、手臂、後揹的上半部不離開墊子,慢慢抬起雙腿,然後儘量轉向身體一側,並保持長一點時間,然後慢慢地呼出氣,緩緩地放下腿,仍然讓身體穩定地躺在墊子上。等呼吸平穩了,再練習倒向另外一側。

第一式:L型姿勢

1.平躺在地上,雙臂伸直,高度與肩平,手掌朝下,兩條腿向上伸直。

針對部位:腹部、腰、臀部、後揹。
